EMPIRENOISE is an electronica act based out of Knoxville, TN. At the heart of the project is R.K. Mink who, to the disapointment of many, does NOT jockey discs. This music was created by the power of imagination and maybe a little help from a Mac and some synths. The current direction of empirenoise seems to be heading for a CD release of some kind. If you're looking forward to that or would like to send a message of encouragement please do.
EMPIRENOISE started as an experiment/adventure while Mr. Mink was with the band Gravitone as a synth player or button pusher, if you will. Gravitone enjoyed several years of prosperity but eventually tension within the band led to its end. EMPIRENOISE briefly collaberated with other artists and released a single in late 2005. In the spring of 2006, The Ghost of Duncan was released and was soon followed by Burden and Memories in the Sand. 2006 has proven to be a great year for the electonica act.Have you performed in front of an audience?Unfortunately there are no live performances of EmpireNoise
