Razer began a production company 3 years ago. He developed his skills in the studio throughout the years by producing various audio promos/projects. Eventually he moved into producing bands and has since worked with 3 major projects, two rap albums and also helped develope a rock band. After all his years in the studio he has finally focused on his own music and is set to unleash it on the public this summer, 2003.Your musical influences
Razer is from Detroit and was influenced by a huge variety of music, from rock to rap. He is highly influenced by all the local rap music that came out of the city. I dont want to list any specific names because you should not expect it to sound like the music he grew up on. What Detroit taught Razer about music is that music is raw. Detroit rappers say what they want to say without caring what anyone thinks of it and without sugar coating a thing. Razer's music is brutally honest, its brutally Detroit, but most importantly he isnt copying what they did.Anything else?
Hip hop today lacks something, feeling. Rock has always been able to capture pain, hate, fear, emotion in the lyrics and especially in the voice. Razer will bring that to hip hop.
