PURCHASING THE BEATS- All of the beats can be purchased using either a Non-Exclusive(Leasing) Contract or an Exclusive Contract.
Non-Exclusive Contract---$20. When you lease an instrumental from Vendetta Productions you are granted to use the instrumental for ONLY one commercial profitable release under 1,000 units, anything after you will have to purchase exclusive rights, if exclusive rights are already sold, you will have to cease the project after 1,000 units. It is recommend to go ahead and get the exclusive rights if you consider your project serious. With leasing, the instrumental can still be re-leased or exclusive rights can be sold. Once payment is recieved, you will be e-mailed a Wav file and Mp3 file of the beat along with 2 non-exclusive rights contracts signed by Vendetta Productions. Sign both contracts, keep one and send the other one back to us for our records.
Exclusive Contract---$(Contact for prices). Once you purchase exclusive rights through us, the instrumental will be marked sold on the page and cannot be purchased by anyone else. It cannot be resold after purchase. Exclusive rights gives you permission to use the instrumental how you please (unlimited projects, etc...). You have full rights to record, alter, or mix the beat in any way shape or form (EXCEPT RE-SELLING IT). Once purchased, you will recieve a Wave file and Mp3 file of the beat along with 2 exclusive rights contracs signed by Vendetta Productions. Sign both contracts, keep one, and send the other back to us for our records.

"As far back as i can remember ive had a love for hip hop music. the culture, clothing, music etc. When i was in elementary school i sent away a coupon for a free kid n play cassette that i cut off a cereal box, when i got it i put it in the player and was hooked forever after that. I deticated alot of my time after that buying cassettes from kid n play, beastie boys, ll cool jay,slick rick and a bunch of others. I learned about where the music came from ( Kool Herc in the 80's in New York where i have alot of faimily) and i read and watched anything i could about hip hop. Im a hip-hop head to the fullest and i think im pretty fukin knowledgeable when it comes down to the art. To some its just music but to me its a passion. Its poetry with music, for 3 and a half minutes a hip hop artist takes you on a lyrical story with beats behind it. I knew that i wanted to be involved with it somehow but not sure what aspect of it. I was listening to nas's illmatic cd in the car one day a couple years ago and noticed i would take apart the beat in my head and try to identify each instrument and what part it played in the song. I knew there that i wanted to produce beats. The rest is history...... "Your musical influences
