Assignment 12 (Riviera Paradise) Assignment 12 (Riviera Paradise)
SRV's Riviera Paradise is such a beautiful song... It was really hard to get just the right tone and vibe but I'm very happy with the results. This was recorded with my PRS McCarty Korina BRW with 57/08 pickups into my Dr. Z. Route 66.
Assignment 9 Tom August Assignment 9 Tom August
Berklee class assignment 9 focused on using chord tones and arpeggios in our solos. I'm really happy with how this one turned out. Recorded with the usual gear - PRS Modern Eagle, FuchsODS, H&K Replex in the loop, and Tone Tubby 2x12
Assignment 8 (Modal solo) Assignment 8 (Modal solo)
Another cool modal song we did for my class at Berklee. This one is a blend of Phrygian and Mixolydian, I had some serious fun with this one.
Assignment 5 (Modal solo) Assignment 5 (Modal solo)
Assignment 5 class for my class at Berklee. Tried to give the solo some space yet include a few fast runs to make it interesting. For this track I used my PRS Modern Eagle through my Fuchs ODS, Replex delay & Tone Tubby cab.
Assignment 3 (Allman Hexatonic) Assignment 3 (Allman Hexatonic)
Assignment 3 for my class at Berklee. For this track I used my PRS 305 prototype, a Demeter Optocompulator compressor, my Dr. Z Route 66 amp head, and a Tone Tubby 2x12 cab w/ Alnico Helpcones.
