Ditch is a Hip-Hop Recording Artist from Orange County, California. He is an innovative music professional with diverse experience in effectively addressing complex recording, sales and promotional issues. Hes a pragmatic problem solver with the ability to lead and motivate others. His appearance and elaborate bling jewelry draws a crowd wherever he goes. Ditch radiates a dynamic energy and his charismatic character attracts attention. People like how Ditch presents himself and they are mesmerized by his pleasant personality. He is educated, articulate, has excellent interviewing skills, and is very marketable. He is known for being very friendly and socially sophisticated. Groupies and paparazzi follow and swarm around him. Ditch has a very loyal and large fan base, ranging from young teens to upscale adults. If necessary, his songs can be cleaned up for radio, television, charity events, or parties,...unless it's for a combat mission video game or for a military event where they don't mind Ditch's bad boy image.
SKILLS: Ditch can play guitar, base, keyboard, and can perform percussion jams on the African Djembe drum. He writes his own lyrics (fiction and non-fiction), and can produce his own beats.
SHOW PERFORMANCE SUMMARY: Depending on the venue, Ditch traditionally makes his famous BOXER TYPE ENTRY through the packed crowd (escorted by TV cameras, security and/or his own bodyguard) to the stage with the spotlight on him at all times. This entrance typically hypes the multitude of fans into a wild frenzy, causing shirts to fly, bras to be exposed and women to burst out into orgasmic screams. This reaction by women causes men to flock to his shows. Additionally, his show includes an African Diembe drummer named, Dave Hilal, and his own DJ known as DJ Noize. Using special drumsticks, Ditch joins his drummer and does a percussion jam on a separate Diembe drum as part of his show. This provokes concertgoers to roar with a wave of pulsating cheers. If applicable, he leaves the stage for two minutes and makes a costume change during mid-show (into sponsored sneakers and fashion apparel), while the DJ spins and the drummer plays solo. Upon his return, Ditch dominates the stage famously with choreographed dance moves, by jumping on speakers, using the point system, by acknowledging his fans and groupies, and by playing to the cameras. This, along with the rhythmic beats of the music and clever song lyrics, stimulates a thrilling surge of excitement among the aroused masses and keeps spectators entertained with eager anticipation. Ditch enjoys his loyal, faithful fans and is deeply grateful for their commitment. As a result, he generally tosses out free giveaways to them as a token of his appreciation and to generate new advocates. When doing so, Ditch is always well received by a climactic swarm of reaching supportive hands and interested happy enthusiasts. Further, he occasionally brings his own exotic professional dancers and/or selected special guests onstage. Because of all the above, Ditch usually rocks the house with his strong stage performance. He has the unique ability to turn any party or concert into a peaking rager; leaving the audience satisfied with their experience and at intervals, compelled to chant for more. For details about my history in the music industry, go to www.myspace.com/ditch420 and read my PRESS KIT (under construction), which contains my resume and Show List. My home page on Myspace is where I do most of my networking, so fans can contact me there because I don't really monitor or network on other sites much. Thanks, again, to all my fans for waiting so patiently for the album to be released. I really appreciate all your love and support! Church."
NOTE: The following is a brief summary of Ditch's biography:
DITCH BIOGRAPHY: Ditch started his musical career in high school by performing with various garage bands at backyard parties from the early 1990s to 2002. He graduated from Chapman University with a B.A. Degree in legal studies and Political Science. Ditch received a minor in Sociology and Criminal Justice. He worked part time at various law firms throughout the years and booked shows on the side while he pursued his goal to establish himself in the music industry. As a result, Ditch recorded and released the following:
1) In 2000, Ditchs band, Tripwire, released their first EP entitled, Tripwire.
2) In 2002, Ditchs band, Kritikal, released their first album entitled, Jagged Frequency.
In 2003 to 2004, - Ditch responded to an O.C. weekly advertisement looking for rappers who wanted to record. It was this moment that was critical in defining Ditch and brought him from a lifelong dream into a reality. Ditch met producer and rapper, Stay Strap, from Mansion of Mayhem. The two began to perform many shows in the So Cal area. Thereafter, Ditch joined the group and went on tour with them. They performed at concerts all across California, Nevada, Arizona, and other West Coast states. After they played at least 40 shows, Ditch decided to focus on his solo career as a hip-hop artist. As a result, he recorded and released the following:
1) In 2003, Mansion of Mayhem, released their first album, Welcome to the Mansion.
2) In 2004, Ditch released his first solo debut EP (CD) entitled, 13 Dayz.
He worked two part-time jobs during this time. Ditch performed with various artists, such as: Saint Dog (an original member of the Kottonmouth Kings), 33rd Degree, Big B, and OPM, to name a few.
In 2005, Ditch recorded and released his first full-length album entitled, "Drunken Intoxicated Thug Catchin Ho's aka: D.I.T.C.H. ($$$$$$$ - on sale now for only $8.99 at www.soundclick.com/ditch420), The title of the album is also his stage name. After the debut, it became an underground hit, and put Ditch on the map. He spent the next two years touring to promote his music. The album did very well on the underground and sold thousands of copies on the streets. The CD made Ditch a semi well-known So Cal name. Ditch performed over 230 shows in all for that CD alone. He gained notoriety from playing shows with artists such as: Subnoize Soljahs, Chris Gentry, Mower, Bobby B, Mansion of Mayhem, Kottonmouth Kings, Last Laugh, Big B, Kingspade, OPM, Too Rude, Powerman 5000, Saint Dog, The Pricks, and many more.
In 2006, - Ditch opened his own street wear clothing line called, Stay Faded, Inc. Further, he recorded and released the following music videos, series of commercials and albums: So Cal Sounds music video, So Cal Hustlers music video, Ditch and Kriminal sampler CD, and Drunk As A Skunk sampler CD. All music videos and commercials can be viewed online. He performed shows with artists such as: Badfish, One Session, Bubba Sparxxx, Club Ride, Pro Motox Riders, Colin Morrison, Beau Manley, Kriminal, Too Short, Reyes Bros (featuring Sen Dog & Mellow Man Ace), Saint Dog, and Judge D (of Suburban Noize Records), etc.
In 2007, - Ditch was discovered and recorded his second (sophomore) CD entitled, Public Intoxication, with Studio B Productions. On 12/29/07 (year end), Ditch started his second company, called Lethal Tender, LLC (Recording/Holding Company). The CD features the following star-studded national and international special guests, who were also filmed while recording for a new Ditch DVD:
1. Andrew Byrniarski. Recorded a party track skit with Ditch. Andrew is a screen actor also known as (aka) Leatherface from the 2 most recent Texas Chainsaw Massacre films. He has acted in movies such as: Pearl Harbor, The Program, Any Given Sunday, and many more.
2. Bishop Don 'Magic' Juan. A famous pimp whom gives an exclusive look into his life & fun times in So Cal with Ditch. Song: 'Ballin On The West Side.'
3. Ca$his from Shady Records (Eminems label). Song: 'Life In Times.'
4. Chali 2na from Jurassic 5. Ditch and Chali 2na recorded the song, 'All Comes Down To Money,' depicting a sign of the hard financial times.
5. Dogboy from Too Rude. Song: 'Legalize.'
6. Eek-A-Mouse (reggae legend) Song: 'Smoke It Up,' which gives ode to Prop 215 & medicinal uses of Marijuana in a funky get up and dance song.
7. Hot Dollar from Def Jam Records Song: 'Por Vida,' a street anthem where they trade verses.
8. Shock G (aka: Humpty from Digital Underground). Song: 'Smack Dat A**.'
Ditch also released the following music videos, series of commercials and teasers: I move Weight video, Public Intoxication commercials (Episode 1, 2 & 3), and Public Intoxication teasers (Part 1, 2 & 3). Further, he was a special guest in a music video called, Nookie Part 1 for Kaos Brought, with Bishop Don Juan and others; see www.myspace.com/kaosbrought for details. However, he spent most of 2007 writing songs, producing his own beats and recording for his new CD, yet still managed to perform live in concert with artists such as: Bargain Music, Dirty Heads, Fishbone, Pepper, The Pricks, and many more.
In 2008, - Ditch dedicated most of the year on tour and did interviews (on and off the red carpet) to promote the Public Intoxication CD, which has gained worldwide appeal and many new fans. Additionally, he recorded the following mix tapes:
1) Ditch recorded a mix tape with Big Reg (from Jackass and Jackass the movie) and with Steve-O (from the show called, Dr. Steve-O). The song, Fresh off the Pot, was for Big Regs mix tape.
2) He was also featured on two CD covers and three mixtapes entitled, Whats Really Good! Volume 1, 2 & 3 for WRG Magazine. WRG released and distributed separate volumes of the CDs in their Jan, Feb & March issues.
Nonetheless, Ditch established himself strongly in the California area by performing with artists such as: Kottonmouth Kings, Hed PE, Andre Legacy & Dirt Nasty aka: Simon Rex (both from Mickey Avalons camp), Capital Eye, Maintain & Naughty, The Pricks, Young De, Lifeline, Shwayze, Unwritten Law, Mystic Roots, Irieside, Rza from Wu Tang Clan, and Shavo from System of the Down, etc. Toward year-end, Ditch recruited an African Diembe drummer named, Dave Hilal, and his own DJ known as, DJ Noize. Further, Ditchs company started accepting pre-orders for his second CD online as follows:

Your musical influences
All types of music influences me, such as: rap, comedy rap, jazz, reggae, heavy metal, progressive, alternate, pop, punk, classic rock 'n' roll, modern rock, rockabilly, funk, disco, house, techno, roxy music, hardcore hip-hop, blues (R&B), country, you name it. It depends on my Italian mood, so I dont target any specific category. However, I do enjoy artists from Suburban Noize Records because they provide an alternative to all the crap being recycled on our airwaves today.
I like artists such as: Kid Rock, Kottonmouth Kings, OPM, Kriminal, Korn, B.D.P., U.D.D., Anthrax, Faith No More, Mr. Bungle, Danzig, Pennywise, 2Pac, Snoop Dogg, Warren G, Bad Religion, Jimmy Buffett, Van Morrison, Bob Marley, Chucky Chuck, Big B, Haystack, Six Sicklife, Bone Pulse, the old Steel Pulse, Ice T, Body Count, Too Short, Cypress Hill, Garth Brooks, Social D, T.I., Dirtball, Kingspade, Saint Dog, Big Hoss, Megadeth, Motley Crue, Tommy Lee, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Van Halen, AC/DC, The Rolling Stones, Andre Legacey, Dirt Nasty (aka: Simon Rex), Shwaze, Beardo, Fishbone, Pepper, Ice Cube, Nelly, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Eminem, The Pricks, and the list goes on. They were all a major influence on me.
What equipment do you use?
"9 INCHER! Come on, ya gotta have a sense of humor, so give me a break. I'm not afraid to say what you think. Just admit it, anyone who has had sex has a mischievous side to them, so get over yourself, or get therapy."
Anything else?
Everything else! I enjoy giving back to the community and would like to do more shows to promote charity or other worthy causes. Although my lyrics may sound controversial or offensive, they can be cleaned up for charity events and parties, unless its for the military. Our men and women in uniform need to stay pumped up, so they dont mind my bad boy image. Id rather have the guys on the front lines or our wingmen listening to my music than to Barry Manilow, ya know what I mean? Fighting a war and listening to Barry would be considered somewhat of an oxymoron dont ya think? I say this with all due respect for Barry, because theres a time, a place, and a nitch for everything. Sometimes war is necessary, and so is my genre of music. Nonetheless, Im currently working with contacts at Camp Pendleton to book a concert on base and am contemplating going on tour overseas. I strongly supports our United States troops, have performed concerts for wounded marines, and have had off duty soldiers onstage during various performances. Im a rebel who supports a worthy cause and so do they. As a result, Ill do whatever it takes for them because they have our backs. I'm a man on a mission and theyre my peeps, ya dig?
If haters don't like my music or image, then they can pound sand. They cant dictate my path because they dont know me personally and have no concept of what Im like behind the scenes. Ill never measure up to their exhaustive expectations and circular talk because I'll be the first to admit that I will never be perfect. So to all the haters out there, just remember: He that is without sin among you, let him cast the first stone. (John 8:7). Regardless of all my flaws, I matter to the big eye in the sky, and theres a reason for everything. Much love, respect, and special thanks goes out to God, to my family, all my friends, co-artists, fans, and sponsors. Now let's get this party started! Church, and peace out to all of you.
