I spent years on Soundclick reviewing tracks and -- frankly -- I thought many (not all) of the beats I listened to lacked originality. I thought, "I can better than that..." So, I did.Band/artist history
Anyone can get to where I am: nowhere.Have you performed in front of an audience?Probably it is very terrifying, but I don't play live. Actually, not true: I've played live many times just not beats. I do mostly folk rock when I play guitar and sing.
Your musical influences
My hero is the Lord Jesus, but I think you are talking music, so -- let's see -- I would say that my biggest musical influence was John Lennon, but not when it comes to beats. What equipment do you use?
Cakewalk, many types, many upgrades...Anything else?

Hey Captain...Just thought I would drop a line to let you kno I enjoyed my visit...Keeping It Traditional Country...Doc
hmmmmm?!?!? WAY COOL Beatz, but not ma thang....tho, a did enjoy 'em. I think.....I loved....the Rabbit Hip Hop :-)
yup its about icarus, its relatively subtle because the theme has been done umpteen million times but when i was writing it was about parents pressuring you into being like them and the greek myth was too hard to pass up so i put the subtle nod in there, when we added the picture next to Im Only Me it made it way more obvious lol
Hi Cam,
Thanks for your insights on my board! I am really impressed by your use of original and inventive sound in all your tracks -- and that Superstereo mix on Buyer Beware still blows me away.
You also have a strong and distinct style on your Beatz Me tracks. The use of sound and syncopated rhythms keeps the listener on the edge of their seat -- never quite sure what the piece is going to give them next. I agree with the very cool bass line on Me an Mu' Boyz -- I liked that track alot. I also liked the Rabbit Hip Hop....it honestly brought to mind a very large and very methodical bunny -- it's rare that a beat has such a visually emotive quality.
I'm off to go try some Sonic Salad.....
