Desiderata is a blues-rock band out of Chicago Illinois. They are young, but they are quite talented nonetheless. They all come from VERY different musical backgrounds, but one thing is consistent with them... They love rocking out.Band/artist history
Six kids...five going off to college...One soon to be senior...Got together...Learned more covers than anyone would want to...wrote some of their own stuff...lost every battle of the bands they played even though on every score sheet it said "FUCKIN GREAT MUSIC" and so on...they like to jam in Dave's basement...yeah.Have you performed in front of an audience?We really don't play shows that often. Mostly small places around Chicago. This really DRUNK guy started dry-humping his DRUNK wife during one of the choruses of "Feel Like Makin Love"...and after most people had lost interest (after 4 hours of us) we had run out of songs to play...but he didn't care. He made us continue so we learned, on stage, five songs that only our singer knew.

How It's Been, a remarkable piece of artistic imagery, well balanced with a kick ass guitar solo interludey thing. Quite possibly the tightest sound I ever heard. But, you're only good enough to be fourth place.
Best drummer ever.
Nice picture of the drummer. I never knew that the bass player and drummer were one and the same, and he(they)play at the same time. They just changed their last names to make people think they were different people.
