Rabbit Run Rabbit Run
A song I wrote about a place my Brother and I used to hide out in, up in the Adirondack foothills where we grew up. I still go there, when I need to disappear...
Born a Chenango County, NY native in 1968, Tim grew up in the hills surrounding Norwich, Smyrna and Sherburne. He received his first guitar as a birthday present when he was 4 years old, and began playing for friends and family by the time he turned 8. Tim graduated from Sherburne-Earlville Central School in 1986, and began a 6-year tour of duty with the United States Marines.
During his tour in the service, Tim carried his guitar to every port of call. He entertained people with his homespun style of music in Europe, the Far East, the Persian Gulf, and even in Africa.
Returning home in 1992, he began playing in local bands such as the Bridgewater based group Southern Express, and Mt. Uptons own Destiny. He honed his talents in clubs from the Adirondacks to Pennsylvania, mixing his own songs with todays top radio favorites, as well as classics from the 50s and 60s, and everything in between.
Tims musical influences range from Keith Whitley and Merle Haggard to Bob Seger and Pink Floyd. He counts diversity as one of his strengths, with over 200 songs in his varied repertoire. He continues to write his own brand of Country and Blues-based music, always keeping a hopeful eye on Nashville.
After a brief break from public performing, Tim is re-establishing himself as one of the areas premier Singer/Songwriters. Current projects include the completion of his follow-up album, Second Time Around which will be available for release in the Spring of 2006.
Tim and his wife, Kathy, are currently enjoying time with their new Baby girl, Emily Belle, who was born on January 6th of this year.Contact

nice
Hey Everyone!! Just wanted to thank you all for visiting, and to let you know that recording on "Second Time Around" has been postponed for a bit. We have all the material we need, it's just a matter of logistics, at this point. I have access to a couple of home studios, so I won't have to man the controls so much this time, I'll just be able to concentrate on the music. I hope that will translate to a better, more enjoyable album for you!! Thanks for your patience, and I'll keep you all posted!!
