Just a crazy Texan songwriting has always been my passion. I try to have the best Demos possible available for publishers, Artist, Film & TV Production Companys looking for new original material. Would love to write that something special for just the right film. Thanks for your Interest and for Listening !
Have you performed in front of an audience?
No not at this time I have had some throat troubles but I am working on my vocals very hard. I am a songwriter specializing in having the best Demos possible.. A beautiful lady named Paula Mattol did my female vocals. And Mike Lusk did the Male Vocals on my tunes.
Your musical influences
Awe man oh to many to list Kris Kristofferson, Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn, are big influences to me as a writer if it were not for there lyrics where would all of the many fantastic Hits be. I can remember being at my Grandma's house it had high ceilings and a tin roof every Saturday night we watched Porter and Dolly and we watched Hee Haw I couldn't wait to listen to the guest sing. Those were the days wish we could turn back time. I also am a Huge Taylor Dayne Fan love her music so much ! And then of course Elvis has always been big in my life I still collect anything Elvis. And he will never leave my Building !!
What equipment do you use?
My Keyboard and my guitar, I do collaboration on the melodys. I have also been doing my own melodys Then I try to have some of the best Demo artist do my Demo's.
Anything else?
I believe music is a way of healing the heart there has been alot of heart's broken in this world so there also has been a special song that has helped heal that heart. If just one of my songs can touch someone that is all I could ask for.

Vicki,
Thanks for the message on my own site. I hope you're having a happy New Year.
By the way, have you ever listened to my friend Anne Price? I sometimes tease her by calling her "the Bronx Cowgirl," and when I'm MC'ing one of her performances I like to introduce her by saying "Straight from the streets of the Bronx, New York, home of many a fine country and western singer..." But the truth is she is really good. This should take you to her main page:

Then click to her music page and listen to "Santa Fe Trail" and "Rivers of Texas." I think you will enjoy her.

Vicki,
Thanks for listening to my music and leaving the comments. I appreciate that. I listened to all your songs and it is refreshing to hear a country songwriter who is writing songs that sound like country songs. That's in the finest tradition of the artists who you say inspired you.
By the way, you say that you collect anything Elvis. Have you ever heard the CD of his live performances on the "Louisiana Hayride" radio program on KWKH out of Shreveport, 1954-1956? There is some really graet stuff on there.
My favorite song of yours is "Donnie's Diner and Dressed Catfish." I has a lot of the raw energy that those early Elvis songs have. I also love the image of the giant catfish in overalls.
Best of luck. I never tried to make a living in the music business, but I know from very close friends how rough it can be. The people whom I know who were most successful are the ones who followed their own paths and didn't let others tell them what they should or shouldn't be doing.
