Brittany Street is releasing her long awaited project entitled, “INDUSTRY POLITICS.” This debut album takes you on a journey to the new era of the golden age of hip-hop.
She paints vivid pictures with conscious and heartfelt lyrics, which is a feat that few MCs can achieve in the current “bling and booty” hip-hop era. Her goal is to bring hip-hop and rap back to where it used to be, about the people. “INDUSTRY POLITICS” promises to please current fans and intrigue those who have yet to experience Brittany Street . At 20 years old, she’s at the top of her game, physically, mentally, and lyrically. Many aren’t blessed with as much talent as she is. At age six, Brittany stared writing rhymes on other artists beats and soon gained the confidence that was always in her that she could not only do what those artists did, but do it better.
Brittany has always kept up with the feedback and praise left by her fans. Over the years she has been compared and ranked amongst some of the greats, one of which is Lauryn Hill.She has worked with big names such as: COMMING SOON! By popular demand she’s been invited to collaborate on songs with other artists such as, Eleathal of HoodMusic Ent. where she graced songs as Called Out and One Night Stands. She has also worked with one of Jersey ’s finest as she was featured by Eclipse (www.eclipse4ever.com). Other artists include: The Future of R&B of HoodMusic Ent. and Skizz, an Atlantas underground artist, as well as many other mix-tapes she has appeared on. Locally in Indianapolis , she has worked with artists and producers such as, Wildchild for Wildchild Records, GA the Remixx King, Chainy of Naptown Records, and Brandon of Anchor Recordings.
