At The Point Of The Blade At The Point Of The Blade
Tons of harmony, blast beats and heavy riffage!!! Oh yeah!!!!
Currently this is a two-man band but we hope to expand this in the future.Band/artist history
This band began a million years ago as a thrash band by the name of Fathom. We played all over the southern Illinois area. Then we all went to college....got married....had kids....and now we're back (at least two of us are!) and the metal is more dark and evil than ever before!!!Your musical influences
We're influenced heavily by death metal bands like Obituary and Nile. We also love harmony and are heavily influenced by such excellent bands like Nevermore, Mastodon, Lamb of God, Hypocrisy, and Opeth. What equipment do you use?
Schecter Hellraiser, ESP M-1000, POD XT Live, Marshall, Behringer (I know! I know!) among other things.

Hey dudes, thanks for the update...
New song kicks ass! great riffage, great performance, keep it up and keep me updated!
Oops.. wrong sig!
Sweet man, i thought they were real amps! haha.. gotta love those POD's right?
Anyway, the new one sounds very cool man! i can hear some fresh ideas in there, congrats on another kickass death metal song!
The drums are crystal clear, yet heavy as fook!
Hey dude,
Thanks for the kind comments. Actually both of these were done with a POD XT Live. Among the Ruins was done with a JCM 800 patch and RotWoS was recorded with a patch using the Criminal amp model. I'm just now getting into mixing with EQs so both are basically raw recordings straight into my laptop with the USB connection from the POD. Heck all vocals were done through the POD as well. I dig that piece of hardware.
We have more tunes that will be up soon, and I'll be sure to let you know as soon as we get them here. Tweaking tweaking tweaking...you know how it is...it's a lot of hard work to do this stuff!!
I can't imagine the time you put into your stuff to program all synths...amazing stuff bro.
This stuff is amazing man!!
Im loving every second of it.. and they both get my vote.. solid production, and wicked, wicked playing and riffs.
Reminds me of obituary every now and then as well.. but in your own style.. very solid!
Oh, check out the reaction i gave on your question about the POD XT.. i put up some patches.
Now im curious.. but im fairly sure that you recorded these songs with a real amp right? i can hear some speaker movement.. am i right?
Cheers man.. keep me updated if you have anything new up here.
