God works in interesting ways. Sometimes it takes years for you to realize that the paths you've chosen were really the moving hands of Christ. Then when you finally do understand it, it blows your mind completely. Understand that everything happens for a reason. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28) We have to know that we are all a part of His plan, & His will shall be accomplished regardless if we want to go along for the ride or not. He is faithful to us through His Word, & knows all of the things that we need so that we can get stuff accomplished. If He has started something in you, He will finish it. Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ (Philippians 4:6)
This is how SAVING CORINTH was formed. In October of 2002, Rich Martin started working in Aurora, OH. At the time, he was playing bass with another guitarist, however a full band was never assembled. Fast forward to beginning of 2003. Rich was introduced to Sean Christopher, while working, & they eventually met out of work to jam around. Originally, Rich had wanted Sean to play drums for his aspiring group, but he was already committed to his own band. So, the two decided just to jam around a few more times. Through God's grace, Sean & Rich met up again, but this time instead of playing, they got on the subject of faith & the church. This is when they both found out about each other’s own personal relationship with Christ. Both had been yearning to shift their musical talents from the worldly to the Godly. A Christian band and a recording studio / label was the desire that they both had shared since becoming followers of Jesus.
The dream finally became a reality a few weeks later. Sean had one more show to do with his current band, & then he broke it off. He chose to take this God given opportunity & direct his full focus on his dream of ministry. Rich had also decided that his current musical situation wouldn't work out, & he too put his undivided attention to this ministry. By April of 2003, they had recorded their first rough drafts for songs that became "Need A Savior" & "It's The Day". They continued to practice throughout the springtime & most of the summer before getting the chance to play their very first show on July 9th, 2003. They were honored to play an acoustic set for a church camp out.
During the time of January 2003 March 2003, there have been a few faces to come & go within this band. The duos have tried out additional guitarists, drummers, & even a vocalist before deciding to just focus on the ministry & allow God to do His thing. Finally, in April of 2004, Sean & Rich met the man who would become their live performance drummer. Elijah Sanchez met the guys through a guitarist who was trying out for the band as well. He became an official member of SAVING CORINTH in August of 2004. However, recently in Fall of 2005, Elijah departed with the band, in order to pursue different musical avenues. Altogether, The band has performed over 30 shows in 2 years & has many goals to record more albums in the future. The Lord has blessed this band very much. Each member of the group either works full time, or is a student; thus making practices come once a week, usually after church, on Sundays. Even with their own hectic schedules, the Lord has opened up many doors & has allowed these men to serve. Each show, and each privilege to record new music, is a blessing from God Almighty, & is an opportunity to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. They have had the privilege to play at many church events & have had the honor to use this band to reach lost souls in secular venues. Below you will find their mission statement. May all power & glory be given to our Lord, through His Son, Jesus Christ.
“Our mission is pretty simple. We want to give people the truth about God through our music. There are plenty of bands that complain about the worsening conditions of our lives in society, but few actually try to find a solution to the problem. We can scream all day long over how bad our parents treat us, or how often we get teased at school, but when it's over, we rarely feel better. The problems still exist. Well, we want to offer everyone the cure for this disease. We have experienced some of life's good times & mostly, life's bad times. We feel we have found that which will change your situations for the best...Jesus. Now before you get fed up with all of this Jesus talk, read on. We have come to proclaim that through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, your life will get better. We are NOT promising that your life will be stress free, but we are promising that you'll never have to fight this battle alone. We hope that through our music you will be able to see the change that Christ can make. Our songs will take you through our own personal struggles, & show you that there is hope in this angry & depressive generation. Life doesn't have to be what the world makes us believe. When you break that bondage, & allow God to shine His light on us, your world will be transformed into something you could never have imagined. "Life gets so tough, and we sometimes feel like giving up..." but there is peace for our lives in the blood of Jesus. Rich Martin & Sean Christopher
"I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake." 1 John 2:12Have you performed in front of an audience? We are song writers who are interested in sharing our music and maybe even granting mechanical licenses to other artists who would like to use our music. However, in the past, we performed over 40 shows in the 2004 and 2005.

very well produced songs, here. you're making the most of the recording technology, and good song structures, too.
