Beaver Canoe
Catchy electronic beats mixed with many layered guitars of all sorts, with the odd accordian or banjo melody thrown in for good measure.

If a guitar could have sex with a computer, this is what it would sound like.Band/artist history
There are only two members in the band: myself and my guitar, Mr. Guitarface. We met on a busy Granville street, and knew we were destined for each other.Have you performed in front of an audience? If you mean for my girlfriend, then yes, I play live.
Your musical influences
I love all indie and electronic indie music. But my major musical influences have been bands like Pink Floyd. Some bands that have had a fairly big impact on me are the Broken Social Scene, Caribou, Ratatat, Death Cab, Mice Parade, Sufjan Stevens, Radiohead, the Notwist, etc. etc. So a pretty big hunk of music. So I pretty much enjoy anything with electronics, guitars, and generally mellow or well thought out melodies. What equipment do you use?
PRS CE 22 electric, Takamine JJ pro model acoustic, Yamaha classical nylon string, Orphium 5-string banjo, Aria Pro II bass, Titano full size accordian, Fender Stage 112 amp, Boss Digital Delay pedal, Dunlop cry baby, and some other obscure things that tend to wedge themselves in.Contact

Dear Beaver Canoe,
You see, I had to buy this mp3 (cookie breath by nathan mckee), but inorder to do so, I had to get 5$ credit with this site first.
and then I had 4.01$ left to buy stuff with on this site...
after trolling about for the longest time looking for something really amazing, I found your stuff. and then I was dismayed to find out that it was free... (Good and bad!)
Now I have your wonderful music, but I still have $4.01 to buy mp3s with...
Thanks for the great tracks.
i love the innovation.
i also try and do the same. take a listen "The Astronomers Dream" on sound click, i would love to collabe.
"Beaver Canoe" reminds me a lot of DNTEL or Caribou.
Keep the fantastic music coming!
