I'm Elevated Statez, hip-hop artist, part of the On Site Family.
Band/artist history
It started out I found this old rap board that was all text, and I read it and I tried it... and I sucked, then I found MSN rap chatrooms and started keystylin and doin my thing in there. Then yahoo freestyle rooms, just listenin in there mostly. Eventually I stumbled upon the HHT (hiphop technicz) and thats when I really started elevating, getting to know wordplay and metas, multies, all that sh**. I still wasn't good, then Jay Ro found me and taught me, thats when I elevated the most, and thats when I met Tetrarue and Huztlaz Greed. Huztlaz Greed founded OS Fam, and then here I am now. All in all its only been a year and half since I started. Some say I'm good, others say I suck, and other just don't care... I'll let you judge.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
No, I'm just netcee... I freestyle and all that around friends, and play their tracks, but I don't play live and I don't expect too unless the OS Fam meets up someday... then I'll do it.
Your musical influences
Well, first there's Jay Ro, he actually taught me to rap... but before him, I wanted to have a style like bone thugs because they were my favorite group. Now I just try to do my own thing, get my own style and everything. I'll still experiment with other types of styles though, and I prefer a faster style but cats say I sound rushed... so I guess I'm not the next Twista.

sup rube your getting better slowly this sh*** takes time tho and effort this is like your 5th freestyle ever so this is for beginner status pretty dope actualy just put in practice and dont mind the haters like i said it takes somewhat time before you start to catch a flow youl get there tho like i said this is good for beginner status becus i,v heard allot worse lol from skilld people even keep elevatin one wunn you know where to catch me at JayRo from Onsite and StS p.s if you cats are going to hate dont forget where you started of in the beginning it took you time to to expand and get up right? so be constructive with your critiq on this kid and help him build one wunn
