The Way Of Rhyme has been writing tracks since 1996 when Mr. Jaqadeliq and DJ2 (cousins) were both still in high school in the Lansing, MI area. Since then they've been devoting as much of their time as possible to develope their lyric and music writing skills.
At this moment, we do not play live. But we would seriously consider future gigs.
Our influences range from all kinds of different genres; some of which include rap, hip-hop, acid hip-hop, house, dance, techno, tech-hop, acoustic, rock, heavy metal, acid-metal, progressive metal, comedy, etc. If we were to list the individual artists or groups, the list would practically go on forever.
All music is written and recorded on a Personal Computer. Lyrics are written with a pen and paper, and then recorded with a Microphone and Personal Computer.
