TiedUpProductions Team Member "LBoogie" has been putting it down as a vocalist & writer since he can remember. Originally from the Detroit Metropolitan Area , he also lived in Chicago before resettling near Flint, MI back in August of 2004. Inspired by music from the likes of Luther Vandross, Donny Hathaway, Marvin Gaye & Stevie Wonder, he prefers to write songs with substance which are relative to what is going on in today's world. At the age of 16, he started writing song arrangements & harmonies for several local R&B groups. While attending Southfield High School he was awarded honors in music & academics. After attending college for an IT related degree, he refocused his energy & efforts back to music production and has never looked back since. LBoogie is also an excellent male vocalist who knows how to work with artists and get the best performance possible during studio sessions. Armed with a deep understanding of musical song structures for a variety of genres (including South/Crunk Music, West Coast, East Coast, Pop & Rock) he is more than capable of producing any kind of track that an artist is looking for.Your musical influences
We listen to all types of music. Rap, Hip-Hop, NeoSoul/R&B and old school music like Donny Hathaway, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, etc. Of course, we're familiar with all the styles of the current heavyweights in the industry as well.What equipment do you use?
