Rock

Well I just make different beats and music mainly with computer based programs and the instruments I got. I try to make all kinds of music really I have no set style. I play guitar somewhat well I should say I am experimenting with guitar. Any questions just hit me up I will get back to you. Please be sure to check out the tribute to Prince pic to your right. Takes a real woman to do that.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Hmm nope not right now. Maybe soon, can anyone say open mic nights. I did also perform for my office a la Purple Rain. That was a special yet embarassing moment.
Your musical influences
Biggest music influence would have to be first off my dad, even though I don't know tons about his whole fall into music I do believe my gift came from him next up would be Prince. The man is a total genious in anything he tries. Even rap. I aspire to live up to the type of music he produces. Another great influence in the guitar world would be Wendy Melvoin, she is hands down the BEST female guitar player around. Argue it if you may and for those that don't know who she is go rent Purple rain shes the only woman that stands up to Prince. Next would be Lisa Coleman Wendys partner in crime, from her what I would take is the ability to not give a damn what is played. When she makes music it is original and different yet all her own style wise. I really dig 80's bands and a lot of 70's music. James Brown is great and Rick James was just crazy funky. I try to take different things from everything I listen to.
What equipment do you use?
PC at home, Cool Edit Pro, Acid, Fruity Loops, Fruity Tracks....MAC computer at work, Peak 4, GarageBand, Audio Desk, Reason 3.0 Music Instruments Yamaha DJX Acoustic Guitar Electric Strat guitar Bass Guitar Mac typing keyboard (yes I have typed out songs using a normal typing keyboard.)
