Song: Too Late
Recorded well over 20 years ago this live version of the Malcolm Edwards/Mick Clack composition 'Too Late' is a welcome reminder of what a great band the Dwoms were. I can remember seeing them play many times at the old Caribbean Club in St Ebbes, Oxford in the 1980's- a can of Red Stripe in my hand and a drunken smile on my face -as I danced to such timeless Dwoms classics as 'Falling Out Of An Aeroplane', 'The Station', 'Blood Runs Cold' and 'Johnny and the Dancer'. Granted, the audio quality of this old cassette recording leaves a lot to be desired - but the spirit, passion and energy which is lacking in so much of today's music is clearly evident in Perry Smith's solid percussion, Bob Hundley's bubbling bass, Dave Bowmer and Mick Clack's chattering Stratocasters and Malcolm Edwards' strident vocal chord vibrations. Let's have a Dwoms reunion in 2010 lads! Rooftop Ron and the rest of the world is waiting...

I've heard a rumour that if one of you makes a mistake - you ALL make a mistake!
