Terms and Conditions are as follows:
1. These beats are sold with a “non-exclusive” license only! This means that they are to be used for Recording Artists' demos, Film, Sports, Radio & TV Advertising, Commercial Jingles, & Website's. The “non-exclusive” price per beat is $50.00.

3. When purchasing a beat CD from Rubinu2 Productions, you are actually purchasing a “Non-Exclusive” right to use the beats so long as your vocal performances and other instruments are recorded against and with our material - called "Synchronization". These CD’s are resold to multiple parties and are not sold as exclusive musical property to one end user. If you've purchased a beat CD from Rubinu2 Productions without a Commercial License, the beats cannot be resold or used for any commercial purposes such as artist record sales, radio singles, or “any commercial application”. If you are interested in purchasing a “Broadcast License” for commercial purposes you can contact us with the information provided below.
