CREEP CREEP

A brand spanking new original funky vocal track with that seriously old school underground dance club groove. Think: 1984, baby!!

Dance

I'm a diversified singer/songwriter who writes, produces, engineers and performs all of my own tracks. Just cut up two quick dance tracks for a dance music conference and now I'm writing more organic/eclectic/electronic/haunting melodies I have yet to classify. I'm also a serious vinyl collector/DJ with over 5,000 of the most desirable classic dance tracks Of All Time ready to throw down!
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I will soon enough once I hook up with the right band.
Your musical influences
Too many influences, I have a diverse musical palette, Zep to Sergio Mendes, Frank Sinatra to Cobain to Rufus Wainwright, Ella Fitzgerald to Goldfrapp, New Order to Planet Patrol to Prodigy. I'm a Retroesque Underground Dance Music Queen with a 21 Century Soul: juicy, fresh feminine cuts to get your heart pumping and more...
What equipment do you use?
Cubase SX, Reason2.5, Sonar 3, Quattro audio interface, my beloved 1200s, Pioneer DJM 707, CD Decks, Behringer mixing board pumped into two off the hook PC's, piano, retro organ, misc. keyboards, AudioTechnica AT404 condenser mic, Sony DAT recorder to record/transfer mixes & samples, Roland JV-880 and anything else I can get my hands on!!!
Anything else?
I DJ special events, but it's gotta be special!! ONLY if you LOVE taking it back to the old school, sweet daddy & breaking it on down in TRUE old school style (all the finest underground club tracks of all genres from 1980-1990) Contact me if you're interested in hosting the coolest party in NYC with the hottest DJ in town...
