"K Road" is not really a band; its just one person - me.
My musical interest lays in an area best described as jazz/pop. I attempt to create a more sophisticated kind of popular music to appeal to a more mature audience. I write original music and also, as with most aspiring jazzers, add my signature to standards. For reasons of copyright, only my original compositions have been posted here. I record by myself and occasionally with other musicians, depending on the instruments I would like to feature. I am a guitarist, vocalist and bass player. I have recorded professionally. Some early four track analogue recordings appear here, together with my more recent material.

Have you performed in front of an audience?
I seldom play live these days since it invariably requires a lot of effort - transporting gear, setting up gear, sound checks, more transporting gear, getting home very late, smelling of cigarette smoke, etc, etc. This has little to do with what I enjoy about music .

Grand intro which evolves into a wonderful funky beat. (Love that guitar riff)…yeah love the funkiness of this piece. Your vocals are spot on; the melody fits the groove perfectly. Killer guitar solo… Really love listening to this song.Oh, super production too…a station add…Cheers
