Thomas Greene delivers an inventive and personal sound to the world of Electronic music. Combining years of live drumming experience with 21st Century music technology, his music breaths and pulses with an organic energy. Playing the bass, keyboard and guitar parts live, Thomas injects his music with a real-time, live band feel.
Thomas’s new release from Stereotype Records, Sabi, is the departure point for his compositional travels. Tight and concise, the EP flows along with a melancholy demeanor, book-ended by an electro-acoustic groove tune and an epic mechanical odyssey. Equal parts laptop vernacular and Blade Runner-esque soundscapes, Thomas’s new work emits both emotion and intellect.
Perpetually moving forward, Thomas continues to expand his musical vocabulary with further training and constant listening and absorbing of music both past and present. Looking to the future, Thomas prepares to release additional recordings ranging from further electronic dialogues to guitar-driven tales and electro-acoustic symphonic scores.
