The Paul Thomas Band (PTB)
Original, classic blues/classic rock/perpetual-rythmn-inspired, straight-as-whisky-blues/rock and roll performed by a tight 3-Piece group.
Written and arranged by Paul Thomas of NY.
The goal of PTB is to be energetic, emotional, progressive and natural... for me, music is unleashed from an inner self that knows what is going to come out by instinct... it's up to the rest of me and my bandmates to translate that.
We shoot for a full-band merging the aspects of rhythm and lead into one enjoyable and energetic experience.
The band is currently apart and I am currently searching for artists to continue with.
The most common (And beloved) line-up was:
Stephen Thomas on Bass
Alan Bruggemen on Drums
and myself, Paul Thomas, on guitar and vocals.
Doug Freed's services on the drums, in the past, was also invaluable!
Lately, I've been recording all of the songs on my own. Playing all three instruments.Have you performed in front of an audience?We have always LOVED playing live...
Currently I am auditioning myself and/or looking for artists to reform the band and continue to perform live.
Every time we played and you could feel the crowd right along with you on every twist and turn you would lead them on (Especially during on-the-tight-rope-improvs) were always the most special moments.

I only just found out about this place and I'll do my best to get it fixed up nicely soon.
I'm at my worst when I have no band to play with (As is the case now) and I'm positive that this will change soon.
