Petrol or Electric is an electronic-based outlet for music making. It is an amalgam of many different styles of electronic and ambient music sources. It also serves as a digital alternative to making music with acoustic instruments.
Band/artist history
An earlier version of Petrol or Elctric started a few years ago when I bought a Roland Juno-60 synth a drum machine, and a sampler. A few demo tapes were recorded and have yet to be mixed. Petrol or Elctric changed a significant amount when I got a laptop and music making software. I composed new material in that way, and continue to do so.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Not yet. I intend to someday. I am however active in a instrumental band in Milwaukee called The silence where I play drums,and vibraphone.
