In het prille begin (september 1998) werd er een rockgroepje Little Moon Rabbit genaamd opgericht. Nadat een overvloed van muzikanten in en uit het groepje waaide, werd er in juli 2000 besloten om met vijf toffe Limburgers verder te gaan onder de naam Mantra.

De verbluffende set die Mantra neerzet bestaat uit eigenhandig geschreven nummers, die geklasseerd kunnen worden bij de nieuwe pop-rock. Stevige rock en pop ontmoeten elkaar in een originele mengeling Mantra genaamd.
