**Prices For Beats**
LEASING :$50-$150 per beat and can be used for one commercial purpose and distrubuted for up to 1,000 copies. Selling more than 1,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. With leasing we still own the rights and can re-sell to others.
EXCLUSIVE: Exclusive leases are different prices depending on the beat, contact us for pricing. With an exclusive lease you can use the beat for all commercial purposes (except re-selling the beat). We can not re-sell the beat after an exclusive lease of the beat has been bought. It is marked sold on our site and cannot be re-sold to others. We still retain ownership of the beat, but your use of the beat is unlimited.
PAYMENT: Upon payment, the beat is burned to CD audio and WAV format and can be sent out in email or regular mail along with contract signed by us giving you leasing rights. Payment accepted is Paypal, Money Order ,Western Union, Check or Cash . If paying by check, the normal time is 3-5 days to clear, once cleared ,you will be notified and the beat will be sent out.
