LITTLE FUN LITTLE FUN
Blindsense is the new name for the old band Steeling first... The band started out of the ashes of the band SUBDUE. Levy a former member of SUBDUE called up Flynn and said hey lets get somthing going, we got together and relized that our best friend Kurt that was in SUBDUE need to join in the action and kurt became a lead singer along with levy.......... they called them selves STEELING FIRST and started playing shows right away and built up a nice fan base because of the SUBDUE fans Next thing you know we were playing shows with big named bands like lucky boys confusion, simple plan, gob... The band then took a long hiatus the reason for is that we are busy at BOBBY PERUS recording our full length with Shane Olivio and, Jared Logan who was the drummer of 7 angels 7 plagues and has recorded FALL OUT BOY during that time we thought it would be best to start over fresh and we decided to change our name to BLINDSENSE. Thats when the ever revolving bass door was finally filled by bassist Sammy. Were back with a vengance so keep your eye out because we're taking over.Have you performed in front of an audience?We are constantly playing shows, its our life we wouldnt trade it for the world. Your musical influences
All of us come from some sort of punk roots, wether it be old school punk rock like black flag or new school punk like NOFX or Green day but its definatly punk, some of our favorite bands include.
Alkaline trio, Fallout boy, Frank Sinatra, Face to face, AFI, Prince, Rise against, Descendants, Bon jovi, Social distortion, Pennywise, Yellowcard.What equipment do you use?
We are obviously a guitar based band, we have 2 guitarists who both use epiphone/gibson guitars, ampeg, crate, and b52 amps/cabs, our drummer uses gretsch drums with primarily sabian cymbals, and our bassist uses ibanez basses with ampeg amps.Anything else?
