I'm a eighteen year old guy with a chill persona who loves song-writing and some funky blues. I was never very good at playing guitar, so I figure I'll let the songs work their magic if there's magic worth working....

When I was younger, my father used to sing me to sleep with his guitar. I never really got into the guitar, and when I practiced, I didn't really give it my all...I was always out to impress somebody, not play what was in my heart. It took me 5 years of playing to realize what good songwriting is done when you're high........just kidding. It was two o'clock in the morning and I was running on death metal when I paused the music, picked up a pen, and wrote a few things on my mind. That song became "Davy"....I got alot of positive feedback, and the rest is history....Have you performed in front of an audience?Different cafes around Orlando. Whoever's willing to whiff my stink.

just surfing through soundclick before making way to the land of sleep and happened upon Davy and Funky Kinda Shelter. Both gems. Both voted hot. You remind me a little of simon & garfunkle in guitar sound and Willy Mason in lyrical quality. really, very impressed. will be back to listen to more when work stops stealing my life.
