New School

In an era where hip hop seems to be cluttered with so many artists trying to establish themselves but only end up sacrificing who they really are to keep up with the times. Now steps in a true veteran, a leader of many sucessful Underground groups (Characta Assasinz) which was printed in the Source Magazine "Unsigned Hype" (July '96). Selwyn Seyfu-Hinds critically acclaim hip hop editor for Source Magazine said " Characta Assasinz were lyrical assasinz and were comparable to the Wu-Tang Clan but yet still had their own flavor which separated the two groups!" But credentials mean nothing if you don't make it to the big dance and this time I have to go there by myself no groups, no hype just start over from scratch. That is where "Xstyle da Fresh Heir" exemplifies..... perserverance, loyalty, experience, talent, leadership and definitely mass appeal. Nearly 2 decades of music experience will ooze on each song that you hear from the music compositions, to the hooks, to the subject matter and of course, the rhyming skills. Xstyle alias name Fresh Heir means simply that he wants to bring a breath of fresh air to the dark and gloomy also often tragic world of hip hop where controversy sells and death often leads to immortality for some emcees. Da Illest Ya Heard Productions, (producer/artist) X-style da Fresh Heir will give you that breakthrough artists that will push the envelope. Kanye West has proven that emceeing and producing at the same time can be marketable and lucrative if you do what you feel from the heart and not what the status quo is......
