Without You Without You

Nowhere Near Here Nowhere Near Here
Nowhere Near Here: sounds a bit British, a bit old school, garage psychedelia for the 21st century man.
The Lackloves are a band built upon the solid melodic foundation laid by Lennon's Beatles, Davies' Kinks and Townshend's Who. They are not a retro band by any means, but they interpret the classic pop sound of this era with their own signature flavor and energy.
Band/artist history
Formed by Mike Jarvis after the demise of 90's super pop band, The Blow Pops, the Lackloves are all about the big chorus, the catchy melody, soaring harmony and the sweet, yet inventive guitar lick.
Mike Jarvis' distinctive lead vocals and spin on 1960's pop songwriting create the basis for the Lackloves sound.
By recently adding three new players the Lackloves have raised the level of performance within the band. Bassist Jack Rice, formerly Jarvis' bandmate in the Blow Pops, was added in late 1999. Jack brings a rock steady foundation and an energetic personality to the act, while adding the high harmonies that are a Lacklove trademark.
In May of 2000, Jarvis and Rice added Nick Verban as their drummer. Verban's style of attacking the drums, takes the live sound of the Lackloves in a new direction. Simply put...they rock. The Lackloves new sound has taken on more of this "power", will still retaining the sweet "pop" sound.
The latest "love, Don Moore brings years of expertise to the band. Don's outrageously inventive guitar parts add to the band's sound immensely.
