After years of playing other bands it's refreshing but a bit scary to finally be solo. That said I've a great bunch of supportive musical friends who always help out with recordings.

After playing in bands for years as the main singer songwriter I've been more focused on writing and production for the last few years. The last time I played live was in 2000. It was broadcast on Radio Scotland as part of the 10th birtday celebration for the Cathouse nightclub in Glasgow.
My main bands were Beyond The Edge in the 80s and then Needful Things in the 90s.Have you performed in front of an audience?I haven't played live for a couple of years. I used to play several times a week, but I've been focused on recording for some time.

I started a in 2000. The site continues to expand with an active , articles, tutorials, band pages, news streams, glossary, and links. Songstuff covers creative, technical and business subjects.
