Once upon a time in a far away land, there was a story that had been handed down from generation to generation by word of mouth, until it had been changed over time. This is the saga of LAZYI.
LAZYI hails from many countries, but all have found their home in Hong Kong. The drummer was born in Argentina, The Guitar player is from the Philippines, and The Bassist is from America. LAZYI music is original rock n roll with heavy influences of an assortment of bands. We at LAZYI like to say it is everyday rock, but others just cant put a name to it as of yet.
Strung out and living on the streets, playing on a stick with one string, the Bass player was discovered by the drummer late one evening in early 2004. The drummer was on one of his midnight strolls for prostitutes and ladyboy, when he was struck by the voice of the dirty, strung out bass player to be.
As fate would have it, these two found a one-arm guitar player in a back alleyway, picking through the garbage bins of Tom Lee, looking used strings. The three united that night and formed what now known as LAZYI.
