Live My Dreams Live My Dreams
This was originally recorded on a 4 track in the '90s direct out from a Marshall combo amp, and a Roland drum machine. I imported it into Cubase and improvised a bass line to get some ideas down, so the bass drops out in a couple of spots.
Nekyia Nekyia
"Nekyia" is Carl Jung's term for describing a descent into one's self, a journey of discovery -- something I went through from 1991-1995. Not necessarily fun.
Princess Princess
I wrote this in 1992. The original recording is long gone, but I tried to recreate the song as best I could. The outro isn't nearly what it was unfortunately.

Why does Untitled 2 come before Untitled 1? It fits better here. Together, these songs tell the story of the last decade and a half of my life.

Music should take you to another place. It should evoke emotions, bring back long-forgotten memories, and conjure up vivid mental images.
A good song will stand on its own, lyrics or not, and tell a story. It may be a different story to different people, but I think that's what makes the medium so unique and powerful.Contact
