Cover songs
We know that this has been a hotly debated topic. We now changed our policy on cover songs. In short
- artists must obtain a compulsory license
- they must pay the publisher according to the official rate
- on SoundClick, all cover songs must be in the 'cover song' subgenre
- cover songs will not be eligible for the main genre charts

Jason, got here from the Tunesmith site. The demos are a little raw, but the songs are great, and I can tell the talent is definitely there. Keep em coming!
