Daeonia is one of the few goth rock bands that are progressing towards newer grounds. Crossing over but never losing their melancholic touch, their depressive edge, and their poetic writing. Residing from the gothic rock hell called The Netherlands, Europe, the band has been in hiding most of their lives to let their stubborn form of Goth mature. The band signed a recording deal with the notorious Candlelight label (U.K.) back in 1997 and their first effort was re-releasing the band's demo "Morphic Lands" and a full-length album called "Craven". The band is bound to stir up the scene.Your musical influences
The band is mainly influenced by old goth bands like Fields of the Nephilim, Sisters of Mercy, The Mission UK. Combined with the likes of The Tea Party, A perfect Circle, This burning Effigy, and many more.Contact

There was a time- long ago, when dogs were free from the service of man. But one day a quarrel arose between the Dog kingdom and Mans Kingdom, and a mighty war was waged. The army of man proved to be too strong for the dogs and man won the war. Because man is great and wise he sent a letter to the dogs to make peace with his enemy. In the letter he wrote "your liberty will be granted if you accept our terms". The dogs rejoiced at this news and send a reply. They tied the letter to the tail of the most trusted dog and dispatched the messenger to the kingdom of man. Alas the messanger strayed and man never did recieve the acceptance of peace. Thus dogs became servant to man, but we see the dog has never given up hope. Do you not see the dogs wandering around looking for the stray messenger? For dog is sure that someday the letter will be found. This is why dogs look around one anothers tails.
