Experimental Sounds

AudioKarma is a band of three. Our music is very special since it's a mixture of genres such as death metal, techno and folk rock.
Band/artist history
The band AudioKarma was formed in the summer of 2004, by the members Johan Allansson, Johan Andersson and Jesper von Groote (For further info about members click here). The reason was a subject in school called Project Work. In short terms Project Work is a subject where the pupils choose for themselves what they want to do (For an indepth explanation check out this page). The members of AudioKarma felt that they all had an inner wish to extend their musical skills, and so they decide that they would produce an album. This album would consist of only their own material, which they had recorded, mixed and produced, without any professional assistance. Their widly spread taste of music would be combined into a new mix of rock and techno, and everything they did was going to be presented on a website. One of the criterias of Project Work was that it had to do anything with the studyingplan of their course. Therefore they also decided that they would do an analysis of the frequency spectrums of their songs, and also write an essay about the fysiological effects that music have on human beings. The project has finally come to an end. Nine tracks are now avaiable for listening. Give us some feedback =)
