A freelance guitarist/composer from Helsinki, Finland. Feels that versatility is very important these days to be able to be true to all one's inluences. Performs mainly within the jazz idiom, but is also influenced by other genres such as blues (Robben Ford, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Albert Collins), country/bluegrass (Albert Lee, Tony Rice) and rock/funk (Hendrix, Leo Nocentello). Believes very strongly in having an open mind so there are as few inhibitions for the imagination to flow as possible.

It's the best thing in the world -wouldn't be doing it if I didn't think that. Special moment was the opportunity to play two gigs in 2003 with the great Ed Thigpen on drums.
