Generation Unknown is a five member band local to the Tacoma, WA area. Our music can be described as having a modern sound with an 80’s Rock twist. One of our main interests in creating our music is making music that people can feel. Music has to come from inside and express emotion and create emotion. What we create are songs with feelings. From the clear sounds of an electric guitar that sends that warm chill of anticipation down your spine to the heavy hitting distortion that makes you move combined with the powerful drum beats and lyrics that inspire and makes you want to sing along, Generation Unknown is a band that knows what music is. The band was started by Bill, Buz, and Dannie. The three would get together and play music without a drummer and without as bass guitarist. Aaron later joined the band, not knowing how to play the bass, he quickly learned. Generation Unknown’s first four songs were created without having a drummer. John, the final member to join the band came in and in no-time, was able to bring out the true feeling behind Generation Unknown’s music.
