Fernando Hungria is a brazilian based guitar player, producer, arranger and recording engineer. He is the owner of Mosaico Digital Studio a comercial facility located in Rio de Janeiro. His own work incorporates jazz, latin and brazilian music.
Band/artist history
Fernando Hungria has been a guitar player for 30 years. He is from Rio de Janeiro and his work covers jazz, latin, fusion and brazilian music. He is a 1987 graduate at Musicians Institute of California, Guitar Institute of Technology with honors. He lived in the US for two years, playing jazz and brazilian music in bars around the Hollywood area. Upon his return to Brazil, he played mainly as sideman for famous brazilian singers, instruomental musicians and also as bandleader of his own work. He also studied audio engineering, opening his first recording studio in 1995. Since then he's been working spending his time as a musician producer, arranger and recording engineer.He recorded 'Matineé', an independent CD and is currently working on his second release at his new recording facility in Rio de Janeiro's oceanside.
