N-Sayne Entertainment is a new oz hip-hop duo. Starting out in early 2001 experimenting with beats and lyrics Patrick DC Doyle found a love for the art. He thought it would be a good idea to start an indie label and see what talent could be uncovered within his small country town of Inverell. He asked Jacob Jay-Dowg Griffiths to help him set up the label and Jay-Dowg gladly agreed.
To start off there was no good talent to be found throughout the town, so DC stayed solo and collaborated with artists from the U.S while Jay-Dowg handled the mixing and the sound engineering and the graphics for the label.
Early 2006 Jay-Dowg stumbled across Blake Oratrix Walsh a young artist who lived round the corner from Jay-Dowg, he roughly recorded 3 songs at Jay-Dowgs then Jay-Dowg called DC and told him about this kid, DC came around and signed Oratrix in an instant. DC and Oratrix, while remaining solo artists did a lot of work together.
Within a few months the N-Sayne roster had elevated to 7 artists.
Towards the end of 2006 DC was confronted by Duke Dukebox Bailey who said he was interested in rapping. DC recorded Dukebox that night, and liked what he heard. After a month or so DC signed Dukebox to N-Sayne Ent.
After some consideration 3 of the N-Sayne artists had left, and DC dropped another artist.
2007 Saw the release of the first official N-Sayne release "The Takeover" a 21 Track mixtape sold locally for $5 and was also available for free download on soundclick.com.
DC and Jay-Dowg were then introduced to a producer by the name of Daniel Woody Lindsay, who soon became a part of our team.
After some complications and a small break towards mid 2007 Dukebox, Oratrix and woody, after some careful consideration, decided to leave N-Sayne and form their own trio entitled "Vital Heights" formerly known as "Slikk Rivem".
2008 N-Sayne Ent became a duo and dropped the whole label feel, with DC and Jay-Dowg, the pioneers of Inverell Hip-Hop, a very interesting array of lyrics, and 120% dedication to hip-hop music, there isn't anything these 2 MC's can't achieve.Band/artist history
