Wow. I don't know who this guy is, but I sense some real potential. He's awesome. Timmy, you rock! My personal fave is 'Picture'. Actually, I don't know 'You're a pretty cool guy' is pretty neat too. I like the lyrics. Rock on Timmy!

Im gonna use this message bored for my own enjoyment also. I have a thing about guitar players.
What makes a good guitar player? People say Jimi Hendrix is the best player of all time. Probably....not. Yes, he did revolutionize the guitar with his crazy guitar licks and his never before heard guitar sound. But that doesnt make him great....ok maybe it does. he was great, but i dont think he is the greatest. When i think "great" and "greatest" I think of style, whether your fancy or not, Eddie van Halen....he was great. He was different, he was fancy and he could do crazy tricks, and he created his own sound in a way. John Frusciante, definitly one of the greatest....whY? He has this choppy sound where he is just a crazy, fancy guitar playere, again who made up his own unique style. Mark Tremoni, formerly of creed, he is fancy, and has a sound that kind of has been dubbed the Creed sound. Now whos the best? In my mind, Jimmy Page. Timmy - Your vocals sound like they're coming through a tunnel - thought this might be intentional with "One More Drink" but you've got a similar feel going on in "Trail of Candles". Bring up the mids in your equalization and use a dryer mix to punch your vocal out front more. Listen to Jimmy Page's guitar work closely - great example is Song Remains the Same - and you'll see there is a lot of wonderful layering of multiple guitar parts with contrasting tones - not just doubling. Your songs are strong candidates for utilizing that technique.
