Due to personal relocation needs of a couple of us, I'm sorry to say that Aurora is officially disbanded.
Our songs on this site will stay up for the time being for those of you who want to listen to them, but there will no longer be any updates or upcoming shows.

Just one other thing, from what I've listened to of your band it sounds like a piss poor attempt at Hold Your Fire's moog driven sound...

Actually, I know the singer and she has a high voice that could send shivers down your spine [thats good]. I think I will agree that when she sings lower songs or has that Aimee Mann sound its so great!

The music is pretty cool. Everything sounds good - except the singing. I realize you're huge Rush fans (I am also) but, unlike Geddy, it sounds to forced in an attempt to hit those high notes. Do yourself a favor and bring it down a few octaves. All in all it sounds good guys.

Hi Brian, Rick, Shannon. We enjoy your music very much. You sound so much like Rush, but still maintain your own unique sound. It's obvious you've been working very hard towards your style. We wish you the very best. Don't let the immature crowd hold you back.
