If you lease the beat, it doesn't belong to you. In order for it to be "sold" it would have to be purchased for Exclusive Rights.

A lease..does not mean u have full rights..so the beat will not be marked as "SOLD" and it will still be a free mp3...for that to happen ud need to buy exclusive rights...
