The Land of 'ME' The Land of 'ME'

Nectar Of My God Nectar Of My God
Double edged, bone crushing, fire and brimstone powered metal joined with hardcore and heavy punk influences. A united force of five combined to unleash utter terror and destruction setting loose the forces of darkness to pillage and plunder forevermore across the earth.
The crusade has started, the battles are victorious. Look for them as they march across the newly darkened earth, look for themtheyre coming for you.
Band/artist history
"Fuckin' Right Bitch. You're listening to Them's Fightin' Words...Pirate Fuckin' Metal", has become the credo accompanying Them's Fightin' Words on each double edged, sword-swinging assault they deliver from show to show, venue to venue. Their battlecry of "Pirate Fuckin' Metal" is a self described musical style blending elements of technical hardcore, punk, metal and rock. It is further defined by crunching melodic guitars, technically unique drumming and explosive vocals. Known for their unmatched live show, Them's Fightin' Words performs with a constant level of intensity, speed, and absolute tightness. They formed in the summer of 2003 in the Stratford/London area and have been steadily spreading the Pirate Fuckin' Metal ever since, sharing the stage with such bands as:
I Hate Sally, Tub Ring, Two Knives, Three Inches of Blood, District 7, Somehow Hollow, Bloodshot Eye, Seconds to Go, Angry Agency, Thine Eyes Bleed, Handheld, Postage Stamps, The Spicolis, Design for Dying, Angerkain, The Frontier Index, Kid Gib, Perfect, In Time, The Atomic Drops, Samsara and Dayna Manning.
In the summer of 2004, Them's Fightin' Words recorded their first album "Subject to Classification". The seven song E.P. sold well at every show and regularly sold out in local music stores. Their album even made it to Canadian metal god - Jon Thor (of the eighties band Thor...fuckin' right!), who used music from it for his new feature film "The Intercessor". In addition it attracted the attention of YTV producers who are using the album to score and TV show called "Hammered" (about the sport of paintball). In fact, they liked the album so much that they hired Tom to host the show...by some horrible, horrible mistake I'm sure.
Them's Fightin' Words is currently gearing up to tour in the new year as well as writing new material for an upcoming CD. Look for them as they march out of hell and accross the newly darkened earth, look for them as they rise the "Jolly Roger" high, look for them as they bring the pirate fuckin' metal to you...
