...and the scary thing is, I could probably knock the tempo of this stuff down quite a bit, and remix the guitars at a lower octave and 'presto!'... instant black/doom. Actually, I might do that for a joke for the full length demo.

I agree, the most hilarious biography I've ever seen.
And the music fits the "theme" perfectly. Did anyone ever tell you you're a musical millipede?
Or is this one of your other projects played 100 times faster? ;-)

Thanks for the comment on the Enthralled page... however, I've expanded on that project and changed the name to Sapthuran (since Enthralled was already taken... that would have been nice to know BEFORE I made an official release...)
Anyway, if you liked some of the Enthralled stuff, then you may like Sapthuran since the overall sound is tighter and I use real drums instead of loops.

Yeah, I guess we do sound a little like early Emperor (though we were going more for a 'Deathcrush' era Mayhem... we even did a cover of that song for our demo, heh)... well, minus the 'Wrath of the Tyrant' tape hiss... we should add some of that... tape hiss is true.
And yeah, we're not taking the imagery seriously, but unlike a lot of bands which do this, we don't compromise the music... though the lyrics are fair game... we're doing a song which will have a recepie for pierogi as lyrics.

You know, this is one of the only projects here on soundclick that I could compare to early Emperor. You don't see that much anymore... I don't know why... since early Emperor rules. But yeah, I can hear some stuff from "Wrath of the Tyrant" and "In The Nightside Eclipse" in here. Nice work.
Also, I love how you point out the absurdity of some aspects of the Black Metal scene. We need more people like you around to pull the rest of our heads out of the clouds.
