chris, i just listened to "The One's He Left Behind", it's a great song. I also listened to son of preacher man it's still a great song, after all i heard it the first time right after you wrote it. You need to get some more of those wonderful songs you've written through the years out. I Love you bro. sis m

I cannot stop listening to the Ones He Left Behind... I am a VN Vet and this song was written for me. I have PTSD, and my demons are strong. I do not know what to do with my life but you have filled a void. You have put a voice to my demons. Please look at www.ptsd-alliance.org and see what I have been doing to cope. Thank you. "The One's He Left Behind" is really special to me and all us poor white kids in our 50's. My wife's uncle killed himself with this disorder.

Yep, am loving the music! The Ones Left Behind is my favorite...but Son of a preacher man sounds so darn familiar to me...I lived it too!

Hi Chris! Now I Gotta go listen...my courisity is up...sounds like its gonna be a treat! I answered your thread post over at BeSonic...and look we are neighbors all along! HeeHeeHee I live in a military town in Oklahoma, I see it and I feel it all around me all the time...Americans just stepping over the Viet Nam Vet...and walking on and never even looking back...it is very discourageing...and painful to witness.
My cousin is a walking casulty of the war...to this very day he still suffers...and is very much swept aside by most of the family members...and is spoken about on the sly, very quietly.

Howdy neighbor, (if you're less than 100 miles away around here, you're a neighbor in my book) Like your songs, particularly "Son of a Preacher Man", "Carrie Carryin' Me" and "The Ones He Left Behind". Good stuff, as far as time goes, if it is good, then time don't matter. Everything is new as of today, if you're hearing it for the first time.
