Band/artist history
The late 1990s and early 21st century gave birth to an era of music more shocking than the world had ever seen. Pop music had hit a new low with artists like P Diddy and Usher releasing tracks containing words like 'yo' and 'bizatch' and 'aiiight'. Pop music - indeed, music of any strain - needed something new - something to draw attention away from the heart-wrenching word invention and sickening tirade of tracks along the lines of 'oh no my boyfriend left me again'. Then, with the world in such a state of despair it seemed nothing short of Superman himself could rip the people away from the clutches of pop music, along came Politically Incorrect Pop Duo, Something That Dissolves in Milk. You can be certain to expect great things from STDIM in the future. Well at least you can expect to see them wiping your car windshields at traffic lights. And if they do happen to wash your windows, Pay them please, They know where you live and they can get louder, angrier and have acess to a time machine.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Nah. We Plan to sometime in the future...If anyone would ever come to one of our gigs or live sex romps.
Your musical influences
Radiohead, Beck, our Uncle Paul and a Casio keyboard.
What equipment do you use?
The Casio Keyboard, a microphone, a computer and occasionally a piano. Also, the program shittalker v1.2 by jaundice. Recently we've started using a guitar...wow..!
Anything else?
"Life is like a game of snooker - if you can't sink the pink, sink the brown" -- Paul Boys' football coach.
