Cool. I will pick up a copy…I have been listening to “recon” and “Gamble” a little bit lately and I am really feel those tracks. I don’t know if this is the place for a mini-review but here goes: I like recon a lot because it has all of the elements of a well done track: all of the vocals are on point (very confident delivery and nice flow), the track is hard as hell (I love dramatic string arrangements), and the cuts are ridiculous. My humble suggestion would be to bring the cuts up in the mix a little. All in all, I think you should be proud of that song. “Gamble” is nice. The track is simple but it doesn’t get boring. The guitar, bass and drums are dropped in and out just enough to keep it moving. The emcees are the main focus anyway and they each have distinct flows. Lastly, I like the vocal samples. They change a little each time and it is cool how the track rides out with that Nas sample. So anyway how is that for unsolicited commentary? After hearing so much garbag

Along time ago a few members of a group calling themselves the “madd militia” came to my basement (near Bryan Station) to record a song. I think it was called “hellraiser”. It was basically a few samples from Bob James “One” record and some drums. The hook had a vocal scratch…I think it was from Wu-tang’s “Protect Ya Neck” it went “hellraisa…raising hell with the flava”. Does that ring any bells? I was just curious if your website is referring to the same crew. If so, that is cool that you guys are still working on your music. If not, sorry to waste webspace. Either way good luck with your music (and business). sean
