Your musical influences
My music is influenced by people and culture, from blacks to whites and asians to latinos. My upbringing has been my greatest influence. Watching how people react to their relationship with good and bad. I write about internal struggles with self. The natural and the supernatural. Anything that has a rythm inspires me to produce, write and perform my music. And any creative person knows that every single thing has a rythm. All music inspires me. All genres have the listening ear of De'Blak!What equipment do you use?
I use all digital equipment. Cakewalk Pro Audio, Sonar, Soundforge, Fruity Loops, Cubase, Pro Tools, Logic, combined with a little outboard gear and a strong keyboard (oh and don't forget a trusty condenser or tube mic) and I am good to go.Contact
