Smooty developed a love for hip hop at an early age. After receiving Run-DMC's "Raising Hell," and "Licensed To Ill" by The Beastie Boys for his eighth birthday, he developed a passion for the art form and has been writing, rhyming, and producing ever since.
The 25 year old emcee's multidimensional background, knowledge, personality and interests are demonstrated in his concepts and verses. Smooty's melodic harmonizing skills often displayed in hooks contrasts and compliments the lyrical prowess in his verses.
